Three landscapes flow along LaGuardia Place, from West 3d to Houston Street, forming a “ribbon of green.”
LaGuardia Gardens, at West 3d Street, is a tree-shaded, ground-cover landscape that winds along a set-back of restaurants and shops. It honors the Village’s favorite son with an “animated” bronze statue.
LaGuardia Corner Gardens is between Bleecker and Houston Streets.
The Time Landscape, at Houston Street, is an enclosed urban woodland that re-creates the pre-Colonial era of Manhattan with native plants and trees.
